Hotel Leveque - Columbus Ohio

Do you like traveling? Are you local and looking for somewhere to get away that's not too far? This past weekend I had the opportunity to collaborate with "Hotel Leveque". Located in Downtown Columbus, Ohio this elaborate hotel is one for the books! Traveling is something that I absolutely love to do and for the first time I didn't mind doing it in my own city. Weird right? Sometimes home is so familiar when you get a break, you want to travel somewhere far. However, this weekend I saw that I can sometimes have that same experience right here. So you might ask..........

What was it like?

With its star gazing theme. Walking in was like a dream. With it's beautifully unique decor, you can tell that they took every detail to heart. Unfortunately for those best moments pictures and videos cannot do things justice, but I thought I'd just share a glimpse...

How was the service?

I am someone that has also worked in customer service for a very long time, so I like to think that I have some higher standards when I go and visit places lol. The staff was very professional! The atmosphere was very calm and you could tell that everyone was on the same page and relaxingly in constant communication. They do and know their jobs very well! I was greeted by and awesome host at the front desk who joyfully welcomed and explained everything in great detail to me. She told me about the fitness room, restaurant, and more, along with their hours! She transitioned me next to her associate located by the elevators who would show me where to go next, leaving me with "happy star gazing"!

Within 20 minutes of being in the room I was greeted by another employee who just stopped by to see if I wanted some dark chocolate and if I needed anything additional for my room.

With it's 149 rooms and amazing security you can only reach the rooms in the hotel by having your very own key. As the elevator is key activated. This made me feel so great knowing that people can't just come in and roam the hotel. A business who takes pride in protecting it's customers gets 100% in my book!

Was the room what you expected?

Even better! After a long hard week I was definitely ready to relax and enjoy myself. I've always wanted a walk in shower and this just confirmed it lol. With a handheld shower head to use as well it made it all the more better. For some it may not matter, but the bathroom also had great lighting. You can see the video on my instagram page of the full bathroom. With the restroom also having great natural lighting.

After a relaxing shower there's nothing better than a comfy bed to relax in. This king size bed was very relaxing and full of space and the pillows to match! If you follow me on instagram you saw that the last thing I wanted to do this morning was get out of bed. That's because it was so comfortable. I love comfy and squishy pillows and that's exactly what I got.

I don't drink, but each room comes with a bar that you can purchase from, phone chargers, umbrellas and more for purchase as we tend to forget things. You also get your very own Columbus travel guide as you might not be aware of things to do here locally. As well as pictures and information on more of their wonderful uniquely themed hotels!

Not pictured: The Keep Kitchen Liquor restaurant and bar. I was able to try the Marksbury Lamb shank with polenta, vegetables and parmesan. I have never had lamb that fell off of the bone and had no ounce of dry meat in it. This was by far the best, and the server Jimmy was also amazing.

So if you find yourself in the Columbus area and are looking for somewhere luxurious and relaxing to stay...check out "Hotel Leveque". I don't promote or write about anything that I myself don't enjoy and I 100% recommend this place. If you're going to spend the money, you might as well spend it on something that is worth it!
